We’ll keep it the same as it has always been
We will make sure that the transition to the new website is as easy and simple for you as possible. You won’t have to learn how to use a completely new platform, because all the tools will be located and available in the same place, with an improved and more visual experience.

The website will NOT be available while this change is being made, however, the process will only take a few hours.
For orders in progress:

Our manufacturing processes for ongoing orders will be fully enabled.

We will be able to ship orders in progress.
Once these hours of the change of page have passed, you will have access to all your information in your profile on the new website and you will be able to register as a new distributor (if you have not done so until now), place new orders with the same method as always or check the orders placed in Ádivin previously.
We will be changing the website in the next few days. As a distributor, you will receive an email with all the information you need about the launch.
If you have an order in progress during this change we will continue with the manufacturing process. You will be able to contact us by mail and telephone as usual if you have any queries about an order in progress.
The address of the new website will be the same as it is now, when the change is made you will see the entire interface completely updated and renewed. We recommend you to save our site in your favourites so that you can easily access it in the future.
If you already have an account with us, you don’t need to register again. You will log in to the new website with your VAT number and your usual password. We recommend that you save your password locally to avoid any problems.
You will still have your account information available on the new website. We will keep your invoices from 2022 and the designs you have used during this year. We recommend that you save the information you need from your account on your local computer beforehand.
Yes, you can place your orders before the website change. When the changeover is complete, the new website will be fully operational so that you can work with us as you did before.
